About the location

Fourmile Flowers Greenhouse is a locally owned and operated greenhouse nestled between Hwy 28 and Hwy 659 just outside of Bonnyville, Alberta that specializes in truly beautiful flower arrangements and farm to table goodies.

Amie Hallwacks is the owner/operator of this beautiful gem in the Lakeland and her bubbly personality is the only thing that shines brighter than her green thumb.

About the photographer

Starting with a simple "hey, do you think you could take some photos for us" from a co worker who was looking for more than a self timer family photo. And that one grad session sparked a fire in Alyssa McKibbon that has now fuelled the creative business Nova Creative Collective beyond a side hobby into a full time business.

Balancing entrepreneurship and motherhood is one way that she avoids doing her laundry, but her heart is full from making her kids laugh and spending time making memories with her littles.

About the sessions

These mini sessions are 20 minutes long, and we make our way through the greenhouse, exploring flowers and different plants the whole way, interacting with your littles and really letting them lead the way.

You and your littles will dance, twirl and tickle all between mini games of eye spy for certain flowers and having them show you their favourites.

There are posed areas set up, including a fabulous egg chair, and a wooden chair in front of a gorgeous floral backdrop and we optimize the hanging baskets like a real life floral picture frame for you and your loved ones.
